MY Personal Management lessons from dire Suffering
My lord Shri Satya Sai once said;
“Your tears are my salt…”
Apparently, it looks like a very harsh remark from lord himself, but I realized it later in my life that Sufferings are opportunity to discover our hidden potential and very first step towards introspection.
My personnel Management lessons from suffering and pain are as under;
1] Emotional Suffering, Betrayals, and Humiliation without any fault teach us the art of Discrimination.
2] There comes a time in life, when you are absolutely alone, without any moral ,financial support, friends change their path by looking at you ,this is the time ,when we learn to make friends with ourselves.
3] Once you have befriended your own subconscious mind, process of cleansing begins, we are capable to look into our own mistakes, this is the time, when if you will catch any form of prayer ,it will become meditation, as according to SAI, Meditation is nothing but Prayer in action.
4] Most of the youngsters read all the Management and personality development books but they avoid reading their own religious books, like AIDS. Why? Because your Education system taught you to look down at these books,Britishers never wanted you to grow intelligently, as they knew that if a 15 year Boy reads RAM CHARIT MANAS or RAMAYANA once, if he is taught to recite HANUMAN CHALISA, he will be able to understand the very hollow nature and illiteracy of Educators and Politicians. That’s why they designed the course to make you slaves, there is a very rare APJ KALAM, who knows ISLAM and SANATAN DHARMA by heart and knows that there is no difference between a True BRAHMAN and a true MUSLIM.
5] If you simply learn to read BIBLE and if you study it for 4-5 years, you don’t need a MBA to learn any sort or any nomenclature.
6] In sufferings, if fortunately by fault you open a religious book like Geetha, god himself will speak n guide to you.
7] God don’t even want you to trust him blindly, he just wants you to give him a try, you give a try, and step by step you will be guided to glorious path.
8] Has anyone told you that reciting “OM NAMAH SHIVAY” or “LA ILAHI EIL LAL ALLAH, RAHMATO RASUL ALLAH”, 3 minutes a day will make u immune to any psychiatric disease.
9] You all know reading, than why don’t you read and try to practice a sentence of liking in your life.
10] Whether you are a SANATAN, MUSLIM or CHRISTIAN or anything, never trust ,what is being told to you, Discover your own facts from great religious texts.
11] Those who tells you that If there is a God, why so many wars, poverty and crime across the globe?
Before questioning the God, just take a deep breath and ask yourself, am I doing my duty, before questioning Existence of God?
12] Show me God?
How many years it took you to be a graduate? Than how many will take to be graduate in spiritualism?
13] If you will practice religious in day to day life, systematically ,than you will be able to read a person like a book, but if you do not practice ,you will not even able to control your own thoughts and here or there you will be cheated and betrayed .
14] In business and profession ,first suspect your own self, and than suspect nearest people around you with a very open mind and than leave everything on God and No one will ever cheat you ,they will shiver by even thought of cheating you.
15] If anyone threatens you, who are you?
Inform him politely that I am son of God; he is behind, ahead and with me. My teacher father once told this to one of the cruelest politician and Dacoit of MP, he replied after a stunned silence ,”Let’s be friends Sir, let’s bygone be bygone ,you must have dinner with my family tonight.”
