Being ,one of the most fun loving and richest farming state-Punjab is widely known for its love for 'Liquor' and 'Canada'- 
The generation next of Punjabi generation X rich kids have brought 'RAP PUB CULTURE' from Canada and mixed it with Pakistan supplied Drugs-So Punjab is now breeding ground of third grade 'Bhangda Rap' along with a whole new generation of Thoroughly Stupid -Drug addicts driving shabbily around small towns like JALANDHAR,LUDHIYANA and AMRITSAR.
              Height of Ignorance of MODI Government at center and State is that a chief Ministers sun in law is being summoned by Enforcement Directorate and named as biggest accused in Drug Paddling but he is roaming free respectfully as Drug Lord.
Government is so desperate to save its skin and continue to protect the 'Drug Lords' that it even tried to almost chop off a film 'UDTA PUNJAB[means Flying Punjab on same subject].
It is not possible that MODI in his 7 USA  tours in last 2 years to establish himself next crony of US Presidents like former British PM Tony Blair is having any time to look into this issue and save ,once most fertile farming state of India from becoming breeding ground of new age South Asian Drug Syndicate and Pakistan sponsored victim of 'Drug War'.

 Politician,President,PM, Aspirant Candidates ,all talk of Free Education,Skill Education and Free Healthcare to poor,term after term but neither USA nor India could provide this in all these years.
After all it is less expensive to provide 5000 Medical education and skill education colleges in both countries rather than costly election campaigns, arms purchase and Missiles ,it is possible even when you keep on invading nations and fighting for and against terrorists. But No one has taken even one step in this direction .Why?
Because Justice,Administration,Education and especially Medical education is grabbed like a sex slaves by so called National Medical Councils and Pharmaceutical companies,who frequently keep on declaring epidemics and keep on selling Drugs and providing commission to politicians and Doctors across globe.
Why can't production of all kind of Pharma Drugs can be nationalized- look just a thought about it will brought  many billion dollar empires crashing down.
As Pharma and Medicine are two highly protected sectors-which makes own guidelines and entry barriers to stop.
All MNC'S work hand in gloves with Presidents and governments after governments to see to it that a 10 Rupee medicine can be sold at 500 USD.
Governments after governments will always make food,home,education and medicare costly,so that stock markets can boom and common people be busy in pursuit of Food,Health &Education.
They will create 'Skill Development Missions' but they will never ever create 5000 Medical Collages with a target of 5000 students committed to work among poor can receive free education.Is it costly?
No it is not.
Will they ever make Medical education easy and affordable for all?
No-They will not.
SDame way in India Private Tuition and Coaching Mafia is making Billions of USD with the help of government, which keeps level of school teachers low and standard of competitive exams high to promote a 'culture' where it is must to spend money in 'coaching' to get a student admitted in prestigious national colleges.
So That either they spend in  'coaching' to become IIT Engineer or IAS or they pay Millions to become Doctors or Engineers or MBA'S from mushrooming US&UK licence holder universities.
This is pathetic for countries ,which take pride i calling themselves Democratic and protectors of human rights.
