USA,UK,FRANCE,INDIA,EUROPE -Why We can not kill Terrorists together across Globe? Are we awaiting another 9/11?

All countries facing Terrorism on streets across globe can not chose to kill Terrorists selectively,
Terrorists are needed to be finished in one unified attack across globe.
If this is not done quickly ,we will keep on discussing Terrorism and countries like China and Pakistan and UAE will keep supporting Terrorists for own business or Diplomatic or Islamic interests.
If world can not come on one single agenda to kill all Terrorists together what otherr agenda our PMS and Presidents can work upon?

What is the utility of UNO if it can't bring world together to fight against Terrorism and people like Indian PM N Modi keep delivering sermons in UNO and USA senate and keep being partners with  terrorist supporter State govt in Kashmir.
It is clear now to USA,EUROPE and France specially that trying to consider Terrorism as a ideology is pure stupidity and having any kind of dialogue with Terrorists like inviting Terror in own country.
So what world is awaiting before it strikes Terrorists across globe together- another 9/11 in USA or 26/11 in India?

Right time for India to encounter all Terrorists in Kashmir and attack Terrorist Camps and Leaders hiding in PAKISTAN?

This is best time for India to dismiss terrorist supporter Mahbooba Mufti government and kill all terrorists together in Kashmir,who are trying to create ISIS base in a Indian state, as like before , even if India attacks Pakistan based Terrorist leaders and destroys camps, USA and UK will not be able to sing 'human right' songs as human rights are in pathetic condition in USA itself ,forget about Syria and Iraq.

Indian PM Narendra Modi and his Party BJP and its fundamentalist mother RSS all are for some political reasons forced to a government in Indian state Kashmir, which is famous for its support for Terrorists and their leaders.
If India ,under a policy do not talk to Terrorists then Why They are supporting a CM ,who is talking of investigating encounter of a dreaded Terrorist.

All know that Mahbooba Mufti Government is the one ,who tried to bring a legislation in state assembly for separating Kashmir and who are behind the mass exodus of non MUSLIM Indians from Kashmir,Now as nationalist BJP in power from 3 odd years, there are no efforts to rehabilitate Kasmiri Indians back to their state ,as these families are living as refugees in their own country in national capital.
And not a single political party is supporting them.
In the states like Kashmir,where coalition government is clearly allowing less than 10000 terrorist supporters to attack police and security forces and go scot free and raise ISIS slogans on streets.
This is the right time to eliminate all ISIS and Pakistani puppet Terrorists as every country in the world knows that Terrorists are not human and can not be handled by any other means but bombs and bullets.
