Breath - The ultimate Source of Healing
We need not to find Master to go spiritually, we ourselves contain all the knowledge that ever generated,being part of Soul Infinity, we are fully empowered to obtain any knowledge we seek to grow in material and spiritual world.
We have a misconception that material growth is different than spiritual growth.
Fact is both are two sides of coin,known as Consciousness.
We are as healthy and as wealthy as we think we are.
If something we feel we want, just bring all attention to your inhalation and exhalation of air, and keep doing this till you do not achieve state of bliss.
This Blissful state of being in harmony with body and mind,immediately guide us to our well being.
More we feel well,more we are grateful and gratitude brings state of being in what we wish to achieve.
Thus Journey to Goal becomes so obvious and effortless.
So try being with breath few minutes after every three hours and see for yourself,change within your body,mind and circumstances.
