Someone today morning asked- What is the ultimate path to bliss & infinity
Answer is so simple- VIPASSANA
Worshiping and merging in our breath is VIPASSANA.
There is no religion or saint in this world-who has not indicated this path but fact is- very few travel- reason is- no one is willing to take first step.
Because step and practice is so simple that ,most of spiritual and self healing practitioners avoid it,as they alll feel that path to god is path full of obstacles &difficulties,
By the way,If God is mother or father,what kind of sadist parent these are- who put obstacles in path of children,who are willing to reach to them
So this is false assumption,Jesus,Krishna and Mohammed all messengers &Avatars have denied this concept.
VIPASSANA is simple- try this practice
Sit or lie down
Feel 5 Light bodies begin with your body
As you begin from CROWN- first space beyond your body- is LIFE BODY
feel this space
Now move forward and enter in space beyond life- it is "FEEL or Heart Body"- just feel your emotions right now at this point and feel your breath simultaneously- this is merging breath with emotion
Go Upwards- now and enter in -what is known as BLISS BODY- because beyond Body,Life,Emotions,Knowledge, the only body that can exist is -"Eternal Bliss" Body.
Begin with your CROWN and merge each of your AURA BODIES in breath-after sometime enter in your own body via
CROWN- feel Light here
Third Eye- feel deem light
Throat- feel SKY
Heart- feel AIR
Solar Plexus- feel FIRE
Hara- feel Water [Just above neval]
Root- [sexual Organs]- feel EARTH
In this process from Pure Bliss too Pure earth- from outside to inside-
you feel LIGHT-SKY-AIR-FIRE-WATER & EARTH
What else is there is astrology or healing to be synchronized with- all same elements- attuned with your Breathing makes you complete-initially it feels stupid to feel AIR in heart area and fire in solar plexus but as you grow better in practice, you begin to come in absolute harmony with what you 'are' and what you 'aim' to be.
Try this time and again and you'll find 'key' to manifest desired life and bliss by yourself-no master- no God needed-as you'll awaken to your own Godhood..
