What Stops USA ,USSR ,INDIA and GERMANY to come together and end Terrorism?

Terrorism can end immediately ,if world coming together keeping aside its stupid diplomatic and corporate interests to end Terrorism in one single shot, and everyone knows this.

STOP China from supporting Terrorists by stop buying Chinese goods?
