Racial Divide is Political and USA must understand from India experience

There is no black or white divide, this is a political rift as politicians anywhere in democracy are same.
As their rise to power depends upon polarization of votes.
Just tell me,if Immigrants, blacks and whites will vote 'in line' and think 'in line, will a Hilary Clinton or D Trump can come to power?
Nationalism of whites and publicizing Blacks and Rough Citizens is a clearly chalked out policy.
Otherwise people will asked questions about ,whose interest was served by sending Army to Iraq and Afghanistan and now what is the interest in Syria to topple current Government?
USA foreign policy under any government is always moved by three factors- OIL, Invading Nations,Sending Army to protect interests of rich corporate,this happened under almost all last 5 Presidents.
If people will start questioning about interest in creating jobs for foreigners and keeping US Citizens unemployed- who will answer?
So Just like India Politicians are using Terrorism and Hate Crimes  to polarize votes,so people are busy in hating each other and they c an Rule.

What about two Black Man Murdered? Root Cause of Hate Crime?Doesn't Canteen Manager also deserve same National Respect?Why Suspected Officers not Arrested?

Dallas Ambush saddens the whole world and to everyone who even slightly knows about difficulties of being an police officer on Street in a low paid job with tremendous pressure from all side and responsibility to protect Nations from Enemies within. 
But what about poor black Canteen Manager , without any criminal record, killed in front of his four year old child from Point blank range by Police officer or another Black man killed in same passion?

While whole world rightly mourns for Police officers ,what is this  cowardice that we do not officially mourn for a soft spoken canteen Supervisor Philando Castlie ,who was a great worker and remembered as fantastic person by children and teachers of School.
These are the Double standards of Police,Politicians,Government and ours as Society and Nation.
We do not find it fit gto offer same respect to a 'person' whose life was taken away for no fault of him in front of four year old child and girl friend.
This is what incites Vilance in short and long term,who can counsel the four year old child ,who has seen murder of father or family of another black man killed by Police and guilty officers are not even arrested as suspects.
If this act would have been committed by someone else ,won't that person would have been arrested?
Than Why this special treatment to suspected Police officers?
Right Now the person,who has ambushed Police officers is also a suspect until declred guilty by court of Law,than why Police and Politicians calling that person names?

Fact is all hate Crimes are born out of such double standard and before calling murderers fanatics ,lets look within and see the double standard Fanatic within our ownn mind.
