How a Stupid lawyer/CA kills Opportunities of young Entrepreneurs.
If you are a beginner in any business, whether it is Media/Industry or Finance or a Pan Shop, kindly study the points, as under ,which are most essential for your personal and professional life.
1] You officially never need a Lawyer or a CA till you cross 5 million mark, what you need is study of concerned constitutional and company act clauses like SHRIMAD BHAGWAT GEETA, when you come to a position ,when lawyers and CA’S call you and ask you, How are you Sir? Remember us sometime, why not to meet for a cup of coffee, which is the time, when you will need a Lawyer and CA, now it’s time you begin to call them one by one and begin to study them.
2] My Nana[Grand father] Shri D.P. Vaidya was a Crorepati lawyer in 1940’s,he died at the age of 49 vomiting blood ,leaving behind money ,greedy friends but a very strong wife and 5 very young children. Family was reduced to drastic poverty but by the grace of Lord Dattatray and my Iron lady alas NANI, they come up, all are Millionaires today but they never ever looked back to legal profession, once I asked my Nani, after studying all my Nanas library, should I become a lawyer? She replied after wiping her tears, “I Know you will become a great lawyer but better you become a sweeper, I will bless you, feed you but never ask me this question again……….”
3] My study of 30 odd years revealed to me that 99% of lawyers and CA’S are fabulous if you know your law and accounts, if you are honest with your personal and professional account books, they are the best friends you can ever have on mother earth. The movement they smell your dishonesty with your own money or your stupidity with your account books or applicable laws, 80% of them become devils friend, they show you more and more and more ways of earning fast money, and your earning multiplies thousand fold, now you are a victim to Devil, God within and outside, your wife warns you but you are drunk , you don’t listen.
4] Slowly and Staidly you are proud to be a smart criminal, slowly best of your well-wishers, honest family members leave you and you are happy about it, as they do not match your status, you are now sleeping with best of the stars, having lunch with topmost of the Ministers, you are frequently invited to VVIP gatherings, what else a smart and ambitious person wants?
5] God has an unimaginable ways of rewards and punishments, his rewards are so obvious that we generally mistake it for our good deeds and take credit for all the rewards but the movement we receive first kick from him, we blame whole world, our mothers, and fathers but forget to take responsibility for our own bad Karmas.
6] I Know dozens of 100 crore women and man, who need a shoulder to weep, they are most earnestly, eagerly wish to spend lakhs of rupees for just a occasion to be with few people, these people are also willing to meet them but whatever efforts we make ,we find no time to meet these sisters and brothers for as long as 7,8,9,19 years, my wife calls them, “People under punishment from lord”.
7] On the other hand, Shri Sai-Satya Sai bless us with noblest of friends, who do not need us anytime in life, we are nobody in front of them, value of their caravan of vehicles is more than our annual turn over but they drop in unannounced at home, touch feet of our Mother, play with children, I call them and say I am busy, they say “you be busy, who came to meet you? We came to meet our family, do you accept us to call and inform you?”
8] There are only three things, which make you rich with abundant infinite bliss;
A] Your honesty with yourself
B] Reflection of will of God in your work
C] Keep on trying for opportunity to serve family ,friends and less fortunate brothers ,sisters and children.
