It is a fashion today to hate Police and fix responsibility of every hate crime and Racial violence on Police force ,whether it is USA or India ,situation is same.
Human Rights contractors and TV Channels are in front line.
OK ,this is their business but what about us?
A police cop ,who guard our streets of USA ,which are on target of every terrorist network and streets of Kashmir ,where stupid boys throw petrol bombs-at both places,he is literally not allowed to shoot back instantly to a criminal on the spot from years,thanks to our human rights policies,where we provide platform to speak to Mass Murderers but declare a police officer murderer with immediate effect.
No doubt there are criminals in Police uniforms but aren't we have them in our Parliaments also, Don't we have them in family and society and country.
Most of us do not know the amount of pressure a common police cop goes through in one single day in return of salaries less then 'call center' Tele callers.
Do we know ,what are the duty hours of a police cop these days?
Do we know that his/her vacations ca be cancelled anytime and the days we celebrate Christmas,Diwali and Eid ,they guard streets more vigilantly ,so that no fanatic comes and kill us like goats.
What is the life and status of a common Police cop, whom we want to eliminate "Terrorists" and save us from local gangsters at the same time.
The Cops are needed from fights of husband and wife up to the securing our city from ISIS.
How many of us will be able to do this job with such a heavy responsibility?
If not, then why not to understand human problems of people who safeguards us,rather than trying to find out ,what is 'human' in a murderer ,who crushes and shoots our children,mothers and fathers on streets?
Let's do this and there will be less 'panic shootings' by Police,If gentlemen in our countries are willing to solve Terrorism on Negotiation tables, at least we can definitely find and solve problems of our own sisters and brothers who save us from Terrorists.
