Trust me, no one wants to eliminate  ISIS or terrorist groups anywhere,as these groups are a big trading place, where 'super powers' and 'protectors of Democracy' keep the poor countries in grip and exploit there natural resources.
If world is a happy place,please tell me who needs weapon? and for what?
That is why the amount of money government of India spends on building so called 'infrastructure' to attract  foreign investment, just in less than 25% of this money,all rivers in India can be integrated and sever 'drought' and 'flood' situation in 60% of India can be resolved ,but any government in last 60 years have not done this,why? Because they do not want 'small farmers' to survive,they want to turn them in to slaves by giving them loans @ 60% per year and let the die in abject poverty ,so that their lands can be grabbed and food prices can be controlled by a 'middlemen lobby' community ,which finances current ruling party.
Same way, who will buy 'weapons' and 'fighter planes' from USA, If there will not be any Pakistan, can Pakistan afford 'F-16 Fighter Planes'? Certainly not-so they are being given the same in barter deal of let USA create a base in PAKISTAN to someday attack Iran and stop,Iran -India guess pipeline, which makes India self dependent in OIL, Why USA is trying to project Iran as 'Nuclear threat' and now unofficially punishing companies for doing trade with Iran,because USA wants to destroy and grab Iran's oil resources from many years.
So in this world absolutely no politician wants to end violence,if violence ends,there is no need of statesmen and politicians to lobby for peace.
