Sairam, My dear Sisters, and Brothers, with big showbiz or Entrepreneurship dreams in any field, Please ponder upon points ,as under to receive Project Finance;
1] 98% Film Directors, Producers and Entrepreneurs seek Project Finance ,either for themselves or for their group, only 15% of them receive it.8% of them receive it with Bottom Breaking terms and interest rates, only 7% receive Genuine finance on reasonable terms , 5% of them reach to project Execution stage and 2% become successful.[This is a KRS study ,don’t be stupid enough to compare with Banks and Government figures ,as they are widely misleading].
2] Now, Who are these 7% and ultimately 2% guys? These are the Entrepreneurs, who look beyond CHARTS, BREAK EVEN Charts, and who are mostly chased by Financers/Institutions ,as they have something in their Box, which is practically provides a fantastic opportunity to a Financer/Investor/Banks/Institutions.
3] These are the guys, who never think about Finance, they never seek Finance, as they know and network systematically to receive Finance at a appropriate stage. They have a magnetic Power first in their personality and than in their project.
4] Throughout the world Financers/Banks/Institutions have only one policy, only one thing in mind, “THEY ALL WORSHIP MONEY”. I know one of the richest Equity investor, sending his son by Local Train to his best friend’s office for one year to learn tricks of trade. Friend is so ill tempered that he kicks his CA’S in trading schedule, he is a matriculate only, this Investor made it crystal clear to his Son and Daughters that, if they do not understand the Money, as he wants ,he will provide them better luxurious life than most of Indians but he will never allow them to touch his Business, So all the Kids have been trained and today they handle more than Rs.2000/-crores every Morning jointly .Do you Get the moral of Story?
Goddess of Wealth, “Shri Lakshmi Mata” is so pure, so precious that our own children can’t be allowed to play with it.
5] If you worship the wealth, If you understand and maintain the sanctity of Money, Responsibility of other peoples money ,you will everyday attract people, who will say to you , “Sir give us a chance to Finance you, forget Finance, we want to invest with you, sir keep this Money, We won’t ask you for 5 years about it.”
Remember only Fools of first order hand over their money and children to unreliable people, you do not hand over both of this till you are not sure for safety of more than 200%.
6] Financers, Investors never Judge you by parameters of who you are? They Judge you, by what you have for them? You might be a Salman Khan but a Genuine Financer will never Finance or Invest with you, as you are a Drunkard, Animal Killer, Women Beater .Only Cheaters, Black Moneybags and Blood Sucking Financers and Opportunists will invest with you, as they are not interested in recovery with profit ,they are interested in making a celebrity their slave, Otherwise what is the reason that topmost stars and starlets dance in Birth Day parties of Gangsters ?
7] Even if you have lost the investors money due to some real reason ,whole market will help you to overcome but if you lost it due to over smartness and laziness, you deserve to be treated like Dogs.
8] KRS has made City Co-Operative Bank, give the NOC for the release of JAANE HOGA KYA, even when they had unpaid loan amount of Rs.1, 42, 00,000/- due on Producer. Why they change the policy and allowed us to release the film, before paying them a single penny? That too in a high risk loan segment? Just Because KRS convinced legal head and Management that they will recover under a very transparent accounting on global standard.
9] So first and foremost, make your project Finance worthy, always remember, a Financer, Investor, Banker knows, as you utter first line of presentation, How Genuine you are? How pure your intentions are? They generally have your Personal –Astrological KUNDLI, before you enter for first meeting.
10] We train our Marketing Head in art of giving respect and impress the people with profit potential of Project and not with the words and charts. That is why they enjoy High Profile Presenters highly and put forward impossible terms, as you try to trap them ,they have seen and used better trappers than you ,so they trap you in your own trap, giving you impression of being entrapped.

“ I will return the investors/Financers money with profit or interest under any condition ,it’s my religious duty ,it’s my responsibility ,I will return before deadline ,I intend to pay Thank You money with pre defined interest/profit”
12] Your’s truly once fought for reduction of interest with a Bank on behalf of KRS client ,than made the client pay before time with 1% extra ,as gift to Bank Of India Employees welfare fund. In last 5 years, no KRS client has ever been rejected for Finance by this bank. At the same time KRS Chairman never socializes .He is even not available for a cup of coffee with Senior Managers. Need not to say, we beat up Government officers in their offices for passing signals for bribe, still they Finance us. Sairam.
