Whenever a 'thought' from past appears, vaporize it with gratitude for making way for your present.
Even if there is 'no fun' in remembering old tragedies,people keep on remembering them and keep on falling in spiral of old circumstances, you got to renovate and innovate in order to be 'happy'-anything else is exercise in futility.
Always be grateful for whatever has happened,what is happening and keep 'focus' in what you 'want to happen now'.
Now is the only time to create your desired destiny,if you use it for anything else,you are simply heading towards repeating 'old mistake.'
Try not to add emotions to your past experiences,look at them ,as you watch a film,this way slowly,you will learn to live in 'possibility thinking' and being in this process means 'focusing on what you want' -
