It is one of the most important choices we make ,that is our life partner. As we Indians do not change life partners like under garments, we have to be very prayerful in our choice.
Our whole life can become a big HOLE by just clicking on wrong option.
It’s a growing fashion to harp more on the typical enjoyment and less on enjoying your work. I see many girls are puzzled ,if their lovers or husbands are working for more hours than prescribed in middle class society. They say ,”You don’t give me time anymore or you have married to your work and not to me .”
I am one of those luckiest guys, whose wife never taunted him in this way, instead she always helped me in all my ventures, in my success and in my failures, but all of you are not as lucky as I am. Many of you have to be cooked under the pressure cooker of reaching home early or taking your lover out for a dinner every Friday. Most of the time if you are like a potato boiling in the cooker, it is due to your choice of life partner/lover/girl friend or boyfriend.
So never make a choice, which puts you in a pressure cooker. Potato has no choice but you have a plenty.
NEVER BE IN A HURRY TO HAVE A LOVER;
Most of the ladies and gentlemen are BANGED for life,just due to their hurry to have a lover. As everyone around them is having one and it is very fashionable to have one. That is the first wrong choice we make. As you are not brave enough to tell your new BF or GF that ,look let’s have fun only and nothing else till we do not feel like having one another for a life time. As you are afraid of loosing that man or woman ,you pretend to e serious in that relation and end up marrying to lifetime of tensions and never ending anxiety. Trust me, If you will be honest, you will find the true love and true life partner.
NEVER EVER BE IN A HURRY TO GET MARRIED;
As Boys and Girls begin to approach their thirties, they feel the social and family pressure to get married but always remember that all the match makers and guests in luxurious wedding reception will go home afterwards and you will have to stay with the person you are marrying.

It is a practical, applied formula by me and many that you have to create your future and your future relations in studio of your mind. If you want a lover or a wife, first you have to imagine her rightly in your mind. I have this true experience, I have had a very clear picture of a certain lover, who will be short tampered and possessive, I always had a gut feeling that this person will come in my life for short spans and not permanently. Trust me ,she came twice as a collage mat and later as a friend for few days .
Many times we have evil temptations and attraction towards kinky persons and we have it. Evil is very spicy in beginning but always very bad in long term. So we must know when to give up such relations, which are based on lust and not on love. We must never misunderstand our lust for a person as our love. Lust will disappear after one or thirty night but love is something which stays forever, long after lust in that relation is disappeared.
PRAYER WILL BRING THAT PERSON;
If you will stick to right image of your desired life partner and keep on praying, keep on praying for her in your heart or simply keep on having a imaginary relation with her/him, that person will be standing in front of you one day, you will know that this is the perfect answer to my prayer up to the T.

POWER OF ACTION IS BIGGER THAN CAPITAL FOR ENTREPRENEURS
Creativity and Service, these are two segments in any industry, which are as good or better than having base capital, sometimes having a fantastic Idea attracts investment /Finance on almost negligible terms.
Now question is, how to have an Idea? Most of the people end up doing same business or offering same services which established player is offering. This cuts your chances of being successful in your enterprise.
Look within and without for an Idea;

Last fortnight, I was reading an interview of pseudo management Guru Arindam Chaudhri, who runs a management institute with several branches plus a consultancy, he was talking about media, he emphasized that almost 40% of a film budget must go into publicity. I call it lunacy of first order, take the example of SAWARIYA, they have pumped everything, inclusive of mothers and fathers in the publicity campaign but end result is loss for many Distributors. Why? Because film had a very outdated storyline. Arindam Chaudhri himself Produced and Directed a movie with none other than Sunny Deol, which was a disaster even after bumper publicity.
Same ways all those, who entered in IT bandwagon, just to be called new age entrepreneurs are back to pavilion today. Those, whose business model was 100% dependent on outsourcing, are struggling for breath today. See, what happened to those, who entered to airline bandwagon, without having an Idea that bigger players with lots of capital and longer gestation period will take over the airline business, so what happened to Damania airlines Or many such enterprises in airline industry ?
Those who take risk are more successful;
Most of the youngsters today wish to have a rosy business without putting their bottoms on fire, it is absolutely possible to have a risk free business, but for that you have to take a risk my dear. Without taking substantial amount of risk, you can only become a 9 to 5 employee. I know the people, who have even developed or developing great enterprises as the side business by putting money and effort with full time partners, their dedication is commendable and on 99% occasions, such moonlight entrepreneurs become a success. These people risk their jobs for business and this become their base capital.
Nothing exists like RISK or INSECURITY;
One must understand that these two words are more of a superstition rather than having some actual consequences in the life of a successful entrepreneur. First of all a brave person, a prayerful person can never be Insecure, If you feel insecure,it means you do not have trust in god or yourself, than you need prayers and not a brand new venture.
Not doing anything about the idea is like a murder, most of the people keep on hammering that they have a great idea but they never go beyond this, as they are scared of failure. It is a unwritten principal that those who are scared of failures, can’t be successful, they can be mediocre only.

There is no need to look outside, our desires itself have tremendous potential of fulfilling themselves. Whether we are born with gr8 wealth or not , it is our birthright to be rich-happy and prosperous, thus said DR.JOSEPH MURPHY, the gr8 writer of POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. He writes; “Money is a subconscious conviction.” And I find him true to the core. I regularly have the youngsters, who say, they can’t afford the charges for consultancy or right contemporary education, very frankly, I do not subscribe to this pathetic point of view of WE CAN’T…
I never said this words to anyone in my life, couldn’t say, even with 20 paisa in pocket and 3 days hunger in stomach. How can a 18 year old can speak like that?
“ Sir, we are students, we are poor.”
Now tell me, who is responsible for anybody’s poverty, if the person in question is not born on street and had no opportunities in life?
Most of the youngsters today are doing jobs at young age and that is truly fine, those who can’t find one are mostly lazy or destined to remain poor.
LET’S CELEBRATE GLOBALIZATION AND YOUTH HAVING THE FUN;
I love to see youngsters, who work in call centers, having their own money to spend in Malls and other elite places, that is good and very good, as this is the right age to enjoy cloths, cars , bikes and everything glossy. They work hard in night shifts, earn money and spend it, thank you GLOBALIZATION, we have happy youngsters, zooming on bikes around us, we have independent girls, who can take their own decisions, may God bless all these young men and women with more and more prosperity. Only thing they need to remember that they must use some money for higher education with a higher purpose in life. As just being happy with a CALL CENTRE job today will be gr8 disappointment tomorrow, which we can see on the faces of thousands of American youngsters and mid age people, who are deprived of easy jobs and due to lake of education reduced to poverty.
We must not forget the value of continuously educating ourselves in related fields, we must be best specialist in our desired field, we must have a definite dream connected to service of humanity, if you have all this, and you will remain forever young like me.
I am so pissed up when mid age people like me complain of youngsters having fun, I ask them, is that your fathers money? What’s bad if they are having fun with their hard earned money? In fact I feel young, when I see them enjoying the newly found wealth, I silently pray that they are also saving and investing rightly enough as goddess of wealth do not like to be ill-treated. We as elders, just need to tell them this thing and pray for their wellbeing, as being elders ,we always want fantastic things for our younger brothers and kids, it’s like god answered our prayers, so let’s be happy in the prosperity of youngsters, let’s congratulate them for their fortunes.
YOUNG LIFE CRISIS;
80 out of 100 youngsters, who approach me for anything want to be very safe in life. What we have to understand early in life is that SECURITY IS A SUPERSTITION. Greatest President, India has ever produced, Mr. APJ KALAM rightly says that “ Small dreams are crime, Dream Big”, it’s so true, this world belongs to big dreamers , all the materialistic growth is thanks to impossible, irresistible dreamers . I have observed that kids coming from middle income group are initially dream big but slowly accept the mediocrity as part of practical life. Once you stop accepting challenges you stop being young ,process of slow death of youth begins. We have to be careful about circle w move around, the girl we love and family we live in. We must avoid friends and relatives, who are addicted to mediocrity. As Mediocrity is infectious, a lover, who is happy in just a 1 BHK house and want nothing but time from her present lover and future husband is a barricade in life. She either has to improve or get out.
HOW MARRIED PEOPLE MAKE THEIR LIFE HELL;
I have a very close relative of mine, who could have been a great economist; she was so studious that she passed MA [ECONOMICS] privately as an university topper and gold medalist, pessimism entered when she was not able to finish her Ph.D. due to a truly ..b@#$%^ professor, who was her university appointed guide for Ph.D. She got a job in Bank and married to a equally pessimist person who thought that atomic war is possible anytime, both of them even after no trouble spent a finless life ,why?
Just because of a terrible set back, she never look after other vistas and gave up her life to mediocrity. She is my guardian angel and I love her for being my aunty but I feel sorry for her, once her husband visited our joint family and I found out that her husband has gr8 knowledge of stock market and do wonders, if wife supports him, when I asked her to support him , she denied point blank, as even after being a banker she considered EQUITY BUSINESS a gambling racket. This share market alone could have been a tool of reconciliation and fun for this couple but lady refused to share this fun with her husband, so husband went back to his job after VRS and they continue to lead same juiceless life under one roof.
INSECURITY IS A RESULT OF NOT HAVING TRUST IN GOD;
I found that insecurity is direct result of not having the faith in god and not praying enough. People who pray are generally not afraid of taking risk, as they are sure that they have a invisible help available in form of their chosen deity or Guru or anything. And trust me this invisible help is most important factor in our life. I can tell you this with more than confidence as prayers have brought me out of terrible illness and horrible setbacks, which may instigate people to end their life. Having faith in prayers always gives you a path, where road is declared CLOSED forever in life.
My dear brothers and sisters, take my words, whenever you feel that you must give up your dream and choose to some mediocre way of living, turn to god, turn to prayers, you may have to do something different for time being but never be afraid for lake of money or resources, if you will insist, you will receive all the wealth and much more to fulfill your dreams, every resource will be at your doorstep but never ever repeat these sentences;

WHY AFRAID TO TRY IT ONE MORE TIME?
Whether we are born with gr8 wealth or not , it is our birthright to be rich-happy and prosperous, thus said DR.JOSEPH MURPHY, the gr8 writer of POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. He writes; “Money is a subconscious conviction.” And I find him true to the core. There is a comparatively new book, “SECRET”, it’s a wonderful testament of those people, who have applied laws of subconscious mind and laws of attraction in life and rose to gr8 financial, materialistic and spiritual success.
I regularly have the youngsters, who say, they can’t afford the charges for consultancy or right contemporary education, very frankly, I do not subscribe to this pathetic point of view of WE CAN’T…
I never said this words to anyone in my life, couldn’t say, even with 20 paisa in pocket and 3 days hunger in stomach. How can a 18 year old can speak like that?
“ Sir, we are students, we are poor.”
Now tell me, who is responsible for anybody’s poverty, if the person in question is not born on street and had no opportunities in life?
Most of the youngsters today are doing jobs at young age and that is truly fine, those who can’t find one are mostly lazy or destined to remain poor.
LET’S CELEBRATE GLOBALIZATION AND YOUTH HAVING THE FUN;
I love to see youngsters, who work in call centers, having their own money to spend in Malls and other elite places, that is good and very good, as this is the right age to enjoy cloths, cars , bikes and everything glossy. They work hard in night shifts, earn money and spend it, thank you GLOBALIZATION, we have happy youngsters, zooming on bikes around us, we have independent girls, who can take their own decisions, may God bless all these young men and women with more and more prosperity. Only thing they need to remember that they must use some money for higher education with a higher purpose in life. As just being happy with a CALL CENTRE job today will be gr8 disappointment tomorrow, which we can see on the faces of thousands of American youngsters and mid age people, who are deprived of easy jobs and due to lake of education reduced to poverty.
We must not forget the value of continuously educating ourselves in related fields, we must be best specialist in our desired field, we must have a definite dream connected to service of humanity, if you have all this, and you will remain forever young like me.
I am so pissed up when mid age people like me complain of youngsters having fun, I ask them, is that your fathers money? What’s bad if they are having fun with their hard earned money? In fact I feel young, when I see them enjoying the newly found wealth, I silently pray that they are also saving and investing rightly enough as goddess of wealth do not like to be ill-treated. We as elders, just need to tell them this thing and pray for their wellbeing, as being elders ,we always want fantastic things for our younger brothers and kids, it’s like god answered our prayers, so let’s be happy in the prosperity of youngsters, let’s congratulate them for their fortunes.
YOUNG LIFE CRISIS;
80 out of 100 youngsters, who approach me for anything want to be very safe in life. What we have to understand early in life is that SECURITY IS A SUPERSTITION. Greatest President, India has ever produced, Mr. APJ KALAM rightly says that “ Small dreams are crime, Dream Big”, it’s so true, this world belongs to big dreamers , all the materialistic growth is thanks to impossible, irresistible dreamers . I have observed that kids coming from middle income group are initially dream big but slowly accept the mediocrity as part of practical life. Once you stop accepting challenges you stop being young ,process of slow death of youth begins. We have to be careful about circle w move around, the girl we love and family we live in. We must avoid friends and relatives, who are addicted to mediocrity. As Mediocrity is infectious, a lover, who is happy in just a 1 BHK house and want nothing but time from her present lover and future husband is a barricade in life. She either has to improve or get out.
HOW MARRIED PEOPLE MAKE THEIR LIFE HELL;
I have a very close relative of mine, who could have been a great economist; she was so studious that she passed MA [ECONOMICS] privately as an university topper and gold medalist, pessimism entered when she was not able to finish her Ph.D. due to a truly ..b@#$%^ professor, who was her university appointed guide for Ph.D. She got a job in Bank and married to a equally pessimist person who thought that atomic war is possible anytime, both of them even after no trouble spent a finless life ,why?
Just because of a terrible set back, she never look after other vistas and gave up her life to mediocrity. She is my guardian angel and I love her for being my aunty but I feel sorry for her, once her husband visited our joint family and I found out that her husband has gr8 knowledge of stock market and do wonders, if wife supports him, when I asked her to support him , she denied point blank, as even after being a banker she considered EQUITY BUSINESS a gambling racket. This share market alone could have been a tool of reconciliation and fun for this couple but lady refused to share this fun with her husband, so husband went back to his job after VRS and they continue to lead same juiceless life under one roof.
INSECURITY IS A RESULT OF NOT HAVING TRUST IN GOD;
I found that insecurity is direct result of not having the faith in god and not praying enough. People who pray are generally not afraid of taking risk, as they are sure that they have a invisible help available in form of their chosen deity or Guru or anything. And trust me this invisible help is most important factor in our life. I can tell you this with more than confidence as prayers have brought me out of terrible illness and horrible setbacks, which may instigate people to end their life. Having faith in prayers always gives you a path, where road is declared CLOSED forever in life.

HOW TO TURN LABOR INTO PLEASURE?
Have you ever enjoyed the pre dawn and sunrise, have u ever woke up at 4.30 am and sat in silence to contemplate your present and future ventures.
Do you love your business enough? Do you love it ,as much as you love your beloved? Or it is just a way of livelihood to you? Have you ever contemplated that whether your Business/Profession is a Pleasure or Labor to you? If it is a Labor, than what are we doing to turn it into pleasure?
Morning is the best time to develop your business. Trust me, it is the best time to make your business a pleasure. You never earn millions by working like a Dog, you rise in abundance by thinking, imagining and contemplating.
Most of the people, accept the mediocrity in life , when they begin to live the life like a common men. Common men never enjoys the morning, so you never find them inspired or enthusiastic towards the day. You got to be uncommon to be wealthy.
A common human being gives up dreams , as he/she grows old, A winner is the one , who never gives up dreams, to be in a dreamy state and to learn the art of turning dreams into reality , we need to use our night and sunrise time, we must learn to dream and pray.
You are never filled with prayers and thankful for a wonderful gift, that is LIFE, if you are not awake to see the marvel of sunlight, the fantastic glow of reddish SUN.
Always remember, if you are passing through testing times ,morning is the best time for you. If you are not well, if you are emotionally troubled ,if you wish to come back in life with bang, enjoy your morning. I am 200% sure that if you wake up early in the morning for 15 days a stretch and sit in your own company, you will gain more success in your life than working for 15 days in your life.
In Management institutes , I find Students are sleeping in morning hours and burning the so called night oil, that is the reason why IIT’S of India hardly produce any uncommon scientific brain, when I enter in these premise, I find the students and researchers in sleepy state of mind.
What will you gain by making your brain a DATA dustbin, most of the management Gurus are only Dustbins, same is true with so called economists.
We are all born to do greater things than eating and sleeping, as a businessmen , we have great imagination and infinite possibilities, let’s explore this by just waking up early, by just looking at rising sun , by just being in prayer.

According Chairman, he was alone sometimes but never lonely, his Family and friends stood by him under every tough circumstance.
At KRS, we never bothered about who say’s what about we, as we say nothing about anyone, anywhere, accept in case studies and article. There is nothing but tears in every friend and associates eyes ,as we were not able to get together and enjoy this beginning in full force. As Dhodapkar family due to sad demise of Grand Mother Smt. Malti Dhodapkar , and strict healthcare restrictions on Anirudhji. Everyone in KRS family just want to start working silently and help our Chairman, who has worked 24x 7 through out the life and willing to do it
Again but we will not allow it this time under any condition.

I strongly believe that most of the middle class people are hand to mouth, because they always keep their hand in mouth and brain in……(you understand, where?), so they are destined to be hand to mouth.
Equity market requires prayer, confidence, study, and quick decision power; these qualities can be developed easily [If you are not in a practice of making thing difficult for yourself] .The biggest factor is ,a seasoned Investor never loose in equity market. How? There are ways, which each one invents with time and enjoys a prosperous life.
There are solid instruments of becoming wealthy; everyday you have a chance to become wealthy through prayers, faith, systematic saving, and investment in right market instruments.
Equity Market is in volatile state and most of trade pundits will tell the beginners to be miles away of market. I tell you this is the best time to enter the Market, on a low day ,when big scrip’s are being bitten by 10 to 15% , your Muhurat for entry is set, just prepare yourself in following manner and than whether you do day trading or weekly trading or become a long term investor ,it’s in your hand and here I tell you how to be all in one with speed and safety.
1] NSC Capital;
If you have not started buying NSC’S or government bonds, start it now, as these are your security capital in so called insecure market. Keep them with your Bank and you will always have ample advance and loan to play in equity market. For short term traders this money is perfect base capital.
2] Small recurring Capital;
One thousand rupees a month in a recurring account for one year creates Rs.12,000/+8% interest, Rs.2000/- is general weekend expenses of young Boys and Girls, if they save half of this money, they can have 48,000/-plus at the end of year. This becomes your base to enter into capital market.

Entrepreneurs; “THE END” of a Enterprise never exists
There are few points for all those , who never consider, defeat in a battle ,as final defeat in War.
Always remember;
1] After every defeat, just have a walk in dirtiest of slum , you will immediately thank your STARS, your GOD , what we would have done , if we would have born in a gutter and never ever had any opportunity to do anything in life ?
2] People spend, most of the life ,thinking about what they do not have , for a change , let’s count our blessings ,let’s count all the blessings of life, which we have.
3] Who are our ideals and whom we are following?
Generally, we face defeat, due to compromises and mediocrity, only a forth night back I have warned my family , that a certain insurance agent must not be seen around 15 meters of me, “ What is the use of principals and friends, if we can’t exploit them.”
Do you entertain, people with such thought around you ?
I recommend, never do that.
4] All over the world , there is a community , known as Middle Class, even if you belong to such family ,even if you are in dire financial mess , never consider yourself a Middle or Lower or Higher Middle Class. These are the highest order of stupid’s, who can neither do anything, nor see their brothers/sisters doing anything.
They will connect your success to crime and your failure to their prediction. God never willed to have such mediocre in this universe , than why you associate yourself with such people , who have only three aims in life ; Eating , Shiting , Sleeping and criticizing others . Who have done nothing for anyone but feel that they have the right to criticize everyone, there connection to world is TV Soaps , Shows and News .
5] Always crystallize the company you seek and company you are really in. Whether its family or friends , better to be lonely ,in prayer ,in meditation ,this will certainly attract you better circumstances and friends.
6] Never Give up Dreaming and Thinking;
Always remember, keep your thoughts, synchronized with lost ambitions, keep that ambition burning as a life mission, and keep adding more things to do, even if you have no resources, trust me, if you can just nurture the dream, everything else will be added unto you. One day you will realize, dreams are bigger reality than reality.

KRIYAYOGI FRIEND VINOD GAUR APEARS TO HELP N SAVE MY LIFE
This Reality is not for those, who think ,they are intelligent and who don’t like the people, who are not at certain success level in life, even after they are 38. This is also not for those, who laugh at spiritual experiences as hallucination or hysteria.
Vinod Gaur is a friend of mine, he is the one ,who gifted me Yogi Kathamrit and Science of Religion, which changed my life.Although I am not a KRIYAYOGI but blessed by MAHAVTAR BABAJI on innumerous occasions. Even if I belong to SAI - SATYA SAI family ,I always feel a unity between YOGDA SATSANG tradition, my Nana Guru Shri Asaram Bapu, Shirdi Sai,Gajanan Maharaj,Adgadanandgi and all. As I have real life experience of all these saints, so even ,most logical psychiatrist on earth ,can not convince me otherwise.
Since he do not know English and he don’t know diplomacy, this Sub-Editor friend of mine ,had to leave stupid Hindi Journalism ,he is the man, who married a pregnant lady, as her husband was dead in accident, even after he being Rich and his father being one of the most renowned Doctor of OMKARESHWAR-SANAVAD area .He did many businesses but success eluded me .all these years ,he practiced KRIYA YOG relentlessly ,non stop, we have mutual respect and love .We met few times in last 17 years .
On the Fridy night 17/8/2007,due to severe illness,I was having such a terrible pain in my abdominal area that,I was just counting my last breath,I could not find my voice to ask my wife or mother to get up,as Pain was unbearable ,it seems like life comes to an end without any loved one close to me,my brother and complete family was in the house but somehow I didn’t found my voice to call. Suddenly Cell phone began to ring,it was 3.30 am,I saw on screen,I could not read the name,so I just put it to my ears,Voice came in Hindi,It was Vinod’da,: “MAIN DHYAN ME HUN,AISA LAGTA HAI,TUM BAHUT DARD ME HO,FIKAR MAT KARO,I AM PRAYING..” I could not speak and I began to cry,he disconnected the phone, I found myself Typing a SMS massage,I knew,he will not reply,as Morning 3.30 to 5.30 PM is meditation time for him and his wife,but I still SMSed him all my problems,that how I have no one,no language editor,no script editor,no personal friend,accept my technical head to look after my web writing and Hindi web, Documentary ,TV writing, I very hesitantly offered him something like a offer to help me for 2 months.
He did not replied to SMS, I called him in afternoon,as I felt that he must be offended ,he told me, he has not read it ,he read it ,as I called him after 5 minutes,he offered me to come all the way to Mumbai from Omkareshwar and do the work for KRS and myself,as long as I need.
Ladies and gentlemen, in this world where, you can’t have a two penny Journalist with command on 2 languages in Rs.25,000/a month,and honesty is not at all assured, here is my 17 year old friend,rising over all middle class insecurities, willing to come all the way to help his friend.
I need not to say that my pain subsided next morning and I slept like a log yesterday ,without any pain.
I consider, Vinod’da,most successful person and a Yogi ,who has earned the spiritual capacity ,to reach spiritually to his friend in his life threatening situation ,heal him and come forward to help next day ,those of you ,who will understand this miracle and power of a YOGI, will be blessed ,If this inspires you to pray and take one step in meditation ,it will be my pleasure, my honor, If anyone think ,this is a lie or hallucination ,they may go to their chosen hail.

This Reality is not for those, who think ,they are intelligent and who don’t like the people, who are not at certain success level in life, even after they are 38. This is also not for those, who laugh at spiritual experiences as hallucination or hysteria.
Vinod Gaur is a friend of mine, he is the one ,who gifted me Yogi Kathamrit and Science of Religion, which changed my life.Although I am not a KRIYAYOGI but blessed by MAHAVTAR BABAJI on innumerous occasions. Even if I belong to SAI - SATYA SAI family ,I always feel a unity between YOGDA SATSANG tradition, my Nana Guru Shri Asaram Bapu, Shirdi Sai,Gajanan Maharaj,Adgadanandgi and all. As I have real life experience of all these saints, so even ,most logical psychiatrist on earth ,can not convince me otherwise.
Since he do not know English and he don’t know diplomacy, this Sub-Editor friend of mine ,had to leave stupid Hindi Journalism ,he is the man, who married a pregnant lady, as her husband was dead in accident, even after he being Rich and his father being one of the most renowned Doctor of OMKARESHWAR-SANAVAD area .He did many businesses but success eluded me .all these years ,he practiced KRIYA YOG relentlessly ,non stop, we have mutual respect and love .We met few times in last 17 years .
On the Fridy night 17/8/2007,due to severe illness,I was having such a terrible pain in my abdominal area that,I was just counting my last breath,I could not find my voice to ask my wife or mother to get up,as Pain was unbearable ,it seems like life comes to an end without any loved one close to me,my brother and complete family was in the house but somehow I didn’t found my voice to call. Suddenly Cell phone began to ring,it was 3.30 am,I saw on screen,I could not read the name,so I just put it to my ears,Voice came in Hindi,It was Vinod’da,: “MAIN DHYAN ME HUN,AISA LAGTA HAI,TUM BAHUT DARD ME HO,FIKAR MAT KARO,I AM PRAYING..” I could not speak and I began to cry,he disconnected the phone, I found myself Typing a SMS massage,I knew,he will not reply,as Morning 3.30 to 5.30 PM is meditation time for him and his wife,but I still SMSed him all my problems,that how I have no one,no language editor,no script editor,no personal friend,accept my technical head to look after my web writing and Hindi web, Documentary ,TV writing, I very hesitantly offered him something like a offer to help me for 2 months.
He did not replied to SMS, I called him in afternoon,as I felt that he must be offended ,he told me, he has not read it ,he read it ,as I called him after 5 minutes,he offered me to come all the way to Mumbai from Omkareshwar and do the work for KRS and myself,as long as I need.
Ladies and gentlemen, in this world where, you can’t have a two penny Journalist with command on 2 languages in Rs.25,000/a month,and honesty is not at all assured, here is my 17 year old friend,rising over all middle class insecurities, willing to come all the way to help his friend.
I need not to say that my pain subsided next morning and I slept like a log yesterday ,without any pain.
I consider, Vinod’da,most successful person and a Yogi ,who has earned the spiritual capacity ,to reach spiritually to his friend in his life threatening situation ,heal him and come forward to help next day ,those of you ,who will understand this miracle and power of a YOGI, will be blessed ,If this inspires you to pray and take one step in meditation ,it will be my pleasure, my honor, If anyone think ,this is a lie or hallucination ,they may go to their chosen hail.

HOW TO HEAL INSECURITY FOREVER?
Insecurity is biggest superstition, how to crush it forever?
Day before yesterday, I was sitting across 2 IT Engineers, who just can’t start business just due to the factor, WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE FAIL?
There is a famous saying, “A PERSON IS, WHAT HE THINKS ALL DAY LONG.”
It’s so true, so inspiring, and so magnetic that if you read this 100 times, you will never ever think about failure.
Anyways if you are the one, who is scared of her/his dreams; please ponder upon the points as under;
1] The biggest surviving super star of last 2007 years was a Carpenters son, he changed the stream of human history, he had been tortured utmost brutally to death but death has not defeated him, he defeated the death, his name is JESUS CHRIST, aren’t we more fortunate than this son of carpenter, who has given the world ultimate treasure of positive thinking and useful way of living, this treasure is BIBLE. My headstrong Brahmin father gifted me one with words, “You will never be defeated by cruelest of circumstances, if you practice even 1% of what is written in this Book. “This book kept me positive, even after 3 days of hunger and 20 paisa in pocket. What stops you from trying this, this Book is available free of cost in any church.
2] Are you the one, who continuously think about future success? I tell you, there is nothing, known as future. Your Life is today. If you feel and act successfully today, you will be more successful tomorrow. Dreamers are not winners, Visionaries are winners and Vision develops by what you do today, it’s like a recurring account, where you deposit a fix amount every month and you receive a huge amount with interest at the end of term on due date.
3] SECURED MULTIPLIED SUCCESS is nothing else but result of principal of compound interest. 5] Human history is full of examples of unimaginable success stories, take the case of ALEXANDAR THE GREAT or MAHATMA GANDHI, one was a very young warrior and other was a old man, both were laughed at and declared cynics and both have rewritten the history of Mankind.
6] No one choose to be a failure, excuse me I am a illiterate man, it’s my experience after confronting numerous problems and associating with more than 5, 00,000 human species that middle income group people are failures because they love to be failures ,they criticize every successful person on planet ,they declare them thief and cheats, Indian communists are the best examples, who are responsible for shameful poverty in W. Bengal, every Indian communist is a walking and talking encyclopedia of failure. They eat,drink and live like to criticize, that is why they are eliminated from the rest of the world, only Chinese are an acceptation and they are growing by focusing more on work and less on stupid communist thoughts.
7] We all love APJ KALAM, not because of his achievements; many have got it earlier but for his dynamism and honesty, even after he comes from a poor Muslim family of Rameshwaram. He is never bitter about any circumstances, in his graceful exit from president house, he got more applauses than the lady, who is elected President yesterday, whole of India ignored her, even if she is a woman, we would have loved if we would have had a KIRAN BEDI or MEDHA PATKAR as our president.
8] I do not understand, why people do not follow steps of honest and brave . As these two qualities have always been appreciated under any circumstance anyone need honest and brave people, than why you choose to be fearful and insecure?
There are people, who once said on my face? You are destined to fail in this or that venture, today it has become such a joke that if anyone tells my wife that look, what your husband is doing? He is bound to fail, she turns and replies, “Thank you very much sir, we love to listen this as time has proved that these sorts of comments are clear signal of our success.”
So think and react like my wife and you will never be insecure or a failure again.

WHEN WE NEED A CA AND LAWYER?HOW TO FIND THE BEST ONE?
How a Stupid lawyer/CA kills Opportunities of young Entrepreneurs.
If you are a beginner in any business, whether it is Media/Industry or Finance or a Pan Shop, kindly study the points, as under ,which are most essential for your personal and professional life.
1] You officially never need a Lawyer or a CA till you cross 5 million mark, what you need is study of concerned constitutional and company act clauses like SHRIMAD BHAGWAT GEETA, when you come to a position ,when lawyers and CA’S call you and ask you, How are you Sir? Remember us sometime, why not to meet for a cup of coffee, which is the time, when you will need a Lawyer and CA, now it’s time you begin to call them one by one and begin to study them.
2] My Nana[Grand father] Shri D.P. Vaidya was a Crorepati lawyer in 1940’s,he died at the age of 49 vomiting blood ,leaving behind money ,greedy friends but a very strong wife and 5 very young children. Family was reduced to drastic poverty but by the grace of Lord Dattatray and my Iron lady alas NANI, they come up, all are Millionaires today but they never ever looked back to legal profession, once I asked my Nani, after studying all my Nanas library, should I become a lawyer? She replied after wiping her tears, “I Know you will become a great lawyer but better you become a sweeper, I will bless you, feed you but never ask me this question again……….”
3] My study of 30 odd years revealed to me that 99% of lawyers and CA’S are fabulous if you know your law and accounts, if you are honest with your personal and professional account books, they are the best friends you can ever have on mother earth. The movement they smell your dishonesty with your own money or your stupidity with your account books or applicable laws, 80% of them become devils friend, they show you more and more and more ways of earning fast money, and your earning multiplies thousand fold, now you are a victim to Devil, God within and outside, your wife warns you but you are drunk , you don’t listen.
4] Slowly and Staidly you are proud to be a smart criminal, slowly best of your well-wishers, honest family members leave you and you are happy about it, as they do not match your status, you are now sleeping with best of the stars, having lunch with topmost of the Ministers, you are frequently invited to VVIP gatherings, what else a smart and ambitious person wants?
5] God has an unimaginable ways of rewards and punishments, his rewards are so obvious that we generally mistake it for our good deeds and take credit for all the rewards but the movement we receive first kick from him, we blame whole world, our mothers, and fathers but forget to take responsibility for our own bad Karmas.
6] I Know dozens of 100 crore women and man, who need a shoulder to weep, they are most earnestly, eagerly wish to spend lakhs of rupees for just a occasion to be with few people, these people are also willing to meet them but whatever efforts we make ,we find no time to meet these sisters and brothers for as long as 7,8,9,19 years, my wife calls them, “People under punishment from lord”.
7] On the other hand, Shri Sai-Satya Sai bless us with noblest of friends, who do not need us anytime in life, we are nobody in front of them, value of their caravan of vehicles is more than our annual turn over but they drop in unannounced at home, touch feet of our Mother, play with children, I call them and say I am busy, they say “you be busy, who came to meet you? We came to meet our family, do you accept us to call and inform you?”
8] There are only three things, which make you rich with abundant infinite bliss;
A] Your honesty with yourself
B] Reflection of will of God in your work
C] Keep on trying for opportunity to serve family ,friends and less fortunate brothers ,sisters and children.

7] We all love APJ KALAM, not because of his achievements; many have got it earlier but for his dynamism and honesty, even after he comes from a poor Muslim family of Rameshwaram. He is never bitter about any circumstances, in his graceful exit from president house, he got more applauses than the lady, who is elected President yesterday, whole of India ignored her, even if she is a woman, we would have loved if we would have had a KIRAN BEDI or MEDHA PATKAR as our president.
8] I do not understand, why people do not follow steps of honest and brave . As these two qualities have always been appreciated under any circumstance anyone need honest and brave people, than why you choose to be fearful and insecure?
There are people, who once said on my face? You are destined to fail in this or that venture, today it has become such a joke that if anyone tells my wife that look, what your husband is doing? He is bound to fail, she turns and replies, “Thank you very much sir, we love to listen this as time has proved that these sorts of comments are clear signal of our success.”
So think and react like my wife and you will never be insecure or a failure again.

WE ARE THE MOTHERS AND FATHERS OF EVERY TERRORIST?
Being Selfish is not evil, it’s a necessary evil?
Why So much Dirt in Business and Showbiz?
What is my interest?
Why should I do this, when I am not getting anything?
Anyone must exploit every situation and person whenever you get an opportunity?
Politics is integral science of exploiting less aware masses; we must play politics from cricket ground to parliamentary house?
Don’t tell me, just ask yourself, how many times a day, you remind yourself of these great truths, or someone close gave you an advice to follow these commandments.
It really makes me laugh, when even some of the richest People and Highly Paid Managers directly or indirectly giving these moral lessons to their kids.
If you also think like this, first of all burn all the big degrees and books, you have read till today. You are seriously sick and only one Doctor can cure, Dr. Yourself. Visit the person within you. The more time you loose, sicker you become.
Just look at our politicians, Government officers, it is absolutely childish to blame them for Corruption .Will you blame your neighbor for your wife getting pregnant? Whatever thought you deposit in your mind, will sooner or later appear in shape of circumstances and people, so very careful about, what you deposit in Bank of your Subconscious and what you are withdrawing.
Whole Christian and Muslim Conflict is nothing but reflection of Raciest thoughts in Minds of Christian/Muslim leaders and priests. If you remove these two clans from face of the earth ,there will not be a terrorist. We can’t do that, if we call George Bush a friend, why we deny calling OSAMA BIN LADEN fellow brother? Both are reflection of Violence and greed within us.
We are deeply worried of increasing taxes on our equity investments and deposits but we give 3 hoots to Dieing farmers of Vidarbha. 7 more Vidarbha farmers committed suicide because they couldn’t pay loans, as low as Rs.5000/ and we are preparing to make Pratibha Patil President of India by avoiding the RBI report, which states that she and her family members were involved in dinner of a complete co-operative Bank . I will fight the case for any Vidarbha Farmer, who instead of committing suicide, goes ahead, and kills the Recovery Goons, who harass and humiliate his family and take him to the brink of suicide, welfare and security of his family is my personal guarantee.
So think twice before convincing yourself about virtue of being selfish, do not blame terrorism if tomorrow your wife and children die in a Bomb Blast , as we are the mothers and fathers of Terrorism and dire Exploitation of poor’s across the world.

1] 98% Film Directors, Producers and Entrepreneurs seek Project Finance ,either for themselves or for their group, only 15% of them receive it.8% of them receive it with Bottom Breaking terms and interest rates, only 7% receive Genuine finance on reasonable terms , 5% of them reach to project Execution stage and 2% become successful.[This is a KRS study ,don’t be stupid enough to compare with Banks and Government figures ,as they are widely misleading].
2] Now, Who are these 7% and ultimately 2% guys? 4] Throughout the world Financers/Banks/Institutions have only one policy, only one thing in mind, “THEY ALL WORSHIP MONEY”. I know one of the richest Equity investor, sending his son by Local Train to his best friend’s office for one year to learn tricks of trade. Friend is so ill tempered that he kicks his CA’S in trading schedule, he is a matriculate only, this Investor made it crystal clear to his Son and Daughters that, if they do not understand the Money, as he wants ,he will provide them better luxurious life than most of Indians but he will never allow them to touch his Business, So all the Kids have been trained and today they handle more than Rs.2000/-crores every Morning jointly .Do you Get the moral of Story?
Goddess of Wealth, “Shri Lakshmi Mata” is so pure, so precious that our own children can’t be allowed to play with it.
5] If you worship the wealth, If you understand and maintain the sanctity of Money, Responsibility of other peoples money ,you will everyday attract people, who will say to you , “Sir give us a chance to Finance you, forget Finance, we want to invest with you, sir keep this Money, We won’t ask you for 5 years about it.”
Remember only Fools of first order hand over their money and children to unreliable people, you do not hand over both of this till you are not sure for safety of more than 200%.
6] Financers, Investors never Judge you by parameters of who you are? They Judge you, by what you have for them? You might be a Salman Khan but a Genuine Financer will never Finance or Invest with you, as you are a Drunkard, Animal Killer, Women Beater .Only Cheaters, Black Moneybags and Blood Sucking Financers and Opportunists will invest with you, as they are not interested in recovery with profit ,they are interested in making a celebrity their slave, Otherwise what is the reason that topmost stars and starlets dance in Birth Day parties of Gangsters ?
7] Even if you have lost the investors money due to some real reason ,whole market will help you to overcome but if you lost it due to over smartness and laziness, you deserve to be treated like Dogs.
8] KRS has made City Co-Operative Bank, give the NOC for the release of JAANE HOGA KYA, even when they had unpaid loan amount of Rs.1, 42, 00,000/- due on Producer. Why they change the policy and allowed us to release the film, before paying them a single penny? That too in a high risk loan segment? Just Because KRS convinced legal head and Management that they will recover under a very transparent accounting on global standard.
9] So first and foremost, make your project Finance worthy, always remember, a Financer, Investor, Banker knows, as you utter first line of presentation, How Genuine you are? How pure your intentions are? They generally have your Personal –Astrological KUNDLI, before you enter for first meeting.

PERSONEL MANAGEMENT VALUES FROM PAIN AND SUFFERINGS
MY Personal Management lessons from dire Suffering
My lord Shri Satya Sai once said;
“Your tears are my salt…”
Apparently, it looks like a very harsh remark from lord himself, but I realized it later in my life that Sufferings are opportunity to discover our hidden potential and very first step towards introspection.
My personnel Management lessons from suffering and pain are as under;
1] Emotional Suffering, Betrayals, and Humiliation without any fault teach us the art of Discrimination.
2] There comes a time in life, when you are absolutely alone, without any moral ,financial support, friends change their path by looking at you ,this is the time ,when we learn to make friends with ourselves.
3] Once you have befriended your own subconscious mind, process of cleansing begins, we are capable to look into our own mistakes, this is the time, when if you will catch any form of prayer ,it will become meditation, as according to SAI, Meditation is nothing but Prayer in action.
4] Most of the youngsters read all the Management and personality development books but they avoid reading their own religious books, like AIDS. Why? Because your Education system taught you to look down at these books,Britishers never wanted you to grow intelligently, as they knew that if a 15 year Boy reads RAM CHARIT MANAS or RAMAYANA once, if he is taught to recite HANUMAN CHALISA, he will be able to understand the very hollow nature and illiteracy of Educators and Politicians. That’s why they designed the course to make you slaves, there is a very rare APJ KALAM, who knows ISLAM and SANATAN DHARMA by heart and knows that there is no difference between a True BRAHMAN and a true MUSLIM.
5] If you simply learn to read BIBLE and if you study it for 4-5 years, you don’t need a MBA to learn any sort or any nomenclature.
6] In sufferings, if fortunately by fault you open a religious book like Geetha, god himself will speak n guide to you.
7] God don’t even want you to trust him blindly, he just wants you to give him a try, you give a try, and step by step you will be guided to glorious path.
8] Has anyone told you that reciting “OM NAMAH SHIVAY” or “LA ILAHI EIL LAL ALLAH, RAHMATO RASUL ALLAH”, 3 minutes a day will make u immune to any psychiatric disease.
9] You all know reading, than why don’t you read and try to practice a sentence of liking in your life.
10] Whether you are a SANATAN, MUSLIM or CHRISTIAN or anything, never trust ,what is being told to you, Discover your own facts from great religious texts.
11] Those who tells you that If there is a God, why so many wars, poverty and crime across the globe?
Before questioning the God, just take a deep breath and ask yourself, am I doing my duty, before questioning Existence of God?
12] Show me God?
How many years it took you to be a graduate? Than how many will take to be graduate in spiritualism?
13] If you will practice religious in day to day life, systematically ,than you will be able to read a person like a book, but if you do not practice ,you will not even able to control your own thoughts and here or there you will be cheated and betrayed .
14] In business and profession ,first suspect your own self, and than suspect nearest people around you with a very open mind and than leave everything on God and No one will ever cheat you ,they will shiver by even thought of cheating you.

Inform him politely that I am son of God; he is behind, ahead and with me. My teacher father once told this to one of the cruelest politician and Dacoit of MP, he replied after a stunned silence ,”Let’s be friends Sir, let’s bygone be bygone ,you must have dinner with my family tonight.”

My personnel Management lessons from suffering and pain are as under;
1] Emotional Suffering, Betrayals, and Humiliation without any fault teach us the art of Discrimination.
2] There comes a time in life, when you are absolutely alone, without any moral ,financial support, friends change their path by looking at you ,this is the time ,when we learn to make friends with ourselves.
3] Once you have befriended your own subconscious mind, process of cleansing begins, we are capable to look into our own mistakes, this is the time, when if you will catch any form of prayer ,it will become meditation, as according to SAI, Meditation is nothing but Prayer in action.
4] Most of the youngsters read all the Management and personality development books but they avoid reading their own religious books, like AIDS. Why? Because your Education system taught you to look down at these books,Britishers never wanted you to grow intelligently, as they knew that if a 15 year Boy reads RAM CHARIT MANAS or RAMAYANA once, if he is taught to recite HANUMAN CHALISA, he will be able to understand the very hollow nature and illiteracy of Educators and Politicians. That’s why they designed the course to make you slaves, there is a very rare APJ KALAM, who knows ISLAM and SANATAN DHARMA by heart and knows that there is no difference between a True BRAHMAN and a true MUSLIM.
5] If you simply learn to read BIBLE and if you study it for 4-5 years, you don’t need a MBA to learn any sort or any nomenclature.
6] In sufferings, if fortunately by fault you open a religious book like Geetha, god himself will speak n guide to you.
7] God don’t even want you to trust him blindly, he just wants you to give him a try, you give a try, and step by step you will be guided to glorious path.
8] Has anyone told you that reciting “OM NAMAH SHIVAY” or “LA ILAHI EIL LAL ALLAH, RAHMATO RASUL ALLAH”, 3 minutes a day will make u immune to any psychiatric disease.
9] You all know reading, than why don’t you read and try to practice a sentence of liking in your life.
10] Whether you are a SANATAN, MUSLIM or CHRISTIAN or anything, never trust ,what is being told to you, Discover your own facts from great religious texts.
11] Those who tells you that If there is a God, why so many wars, poverty and crime across the globe?
Before questioning the God, just take a deep breath and ask yourself, am I doing my duty, before questioning Existence of God?
12] Show me God?
How many years it took you to be a graduate? Than how many will take to be graduate in spiritualism?
13] If you will practice religious in day to day life, systematically ,than you will be able to read a person like a book, but if you do not practice ,you will not even able to control your own thoughts and here or there you will be cheated and betrayed .
14] In business and profession ,first suspect your own self, and than suspect nearest people around you with a very open mind and than leave everything on God and No one will ever cheat you ,they will shiver by even thought of cheating you.
15] If anyone threatens you, who are you?
Inform him politely that I am son of God; he is behind, ahead and with me. My teacher father once told this to one of the cruelest politician and Dacoit of MP, he replied after a stunned silence ,”Let’s be friends Sir, let’s bygone be bygone ,you must have dinner with my family tonight.”
