Give USA Police best salaries and dignity for doing most Thankless Job

You go to any country in the world and you'll find Police is most hated community, Although USA Police is not as corrupt as India or Pakistan and much respect they enjoy but still brutal killing of 1 black school canteen Manager and ambush of 4 white officers raise terrible question about relationship of Police with Public.

Police is responsible for internal security and they are one of the most closely working with people kind  of government cadre.
Police officers everywhere work under tremendous pressure from expectation of Government ,People and responsibility of citizens safety at the same time handling local goons of small and big sizes.
These local gangsters are generally richer and more resourceful than any of Police officers entrusted with responsibility to keep these gangs and notorious elements under check.
You can not accept Police not to panic under such circumstances,the live stream of black  school canteen manger in presence of 4 year old child shows the need of heavy counselling Police need.
At the same time the guys who roam around with guns and go on shooting spree also need to be located and identified,which is near to impossible job to restrain someone who murdered British MP or who mass murdered Orlando night club guests.
What Police needs is best of salary and dignity ,which they are offered nowhere ,especially the officers who work on street,they are exposed to tremendous danger and mental stress ,which is neither socially nor bureaucratically well taken care of.
How do we expect than that these officers will be doing their best while fighting against Terrorists or Fanatics on street.
Still Police does its best in such situations all over the world like Dallas Police did by sacrificing 4 officers and a Mumbai police constable ,who fought with a stick against fully equipped Terrorist during 26/11 attack.
Isn't it our duty to give Police officers a above average salary and best of respect for duty that they are doing to protect us.

This is not the time to react but t respond to situation.
USA the global pilgrimage of modern social fabric and land of opportunity can not be handed over to fanatics and criminals.
Law will take its own course and Peace will prevail but we must introspect in our relationship with same to same human belonging to different cast and creed.
What is the basic difference between a White-Black or Asian?
This crime is result of inner superiority/inferiority  complex and feeling that we are being cornered by others.
In today's world,there is no choice but to follow only 'human instinct' and leave behind all religions and social values which inspire us to be envious to 'other' human beings.
Everyone of us just for a second ,if associate our soul with victims of this series of attack,we can be one with agony and pain through which white or black victims will be going through.
Children,mothers,fathers,wives,lovers will respond with same intensity to loss as we all respond when our near and dears are snatched away.
Let's pray and send healing to all 'souls' departed and those who are in 'tremendous pain'.

More everyone will associate and include whom we call 'others' in our heart,more harmonious and unified we will become.
We can heal it and we are healing Now
