"Rape" of a Victim by Law &Society-A Sadistic Tregedy

This is the time to heal Rape for once and all. Rape is a crime must be punished with whatever laws decided by conscious but what is more ugly and dirtier is what we do with a Rape victim as society,media and nation. Medical test of a rape victim and court trials are so ugly that as if whole society and judiciary again take sadistic pleasure in postmortem of event. By the way ,why it is conceived that Rape will be confirmed only by  tissues being found in Victims body, Do we believe that legally a rape is rape when physical requirements are fulfilled? How Barbaric this is? This means mental torture to victim and psychological abuse is not equal to 'legal rape'.

The biggest thing is here law provides an opportunity to defense lawyer to question character of Rape Victim- Whereas rape victim is rape victim and it has nothing to do with character. This thinking is close to thinking of a UP Politician and one Asaram Bapu who is in Jail.

If we simply as a society and  nation  do not allow the questioning on character of a Rape Victim , more cases will be reported and culprits will be punished quickly, as defence lawyers will not find opportunity to scare away victim by questioning heinous questions they ask and point they try to prove.

This finally shows that how sick and sadist we are as a society to question a rape victim and even bringing in Rapist being 'Minor' is escape rout for Rapists some time before, it took us sixty years to amend stupid law about age of Rapist.

This means somewhere in mind society wants to take pleasure in horror faced by Victim by victimizing the Victim-What a spiritual sickness this is?

A Rape victim by reporting Rape always proves that victim is completely sane but still people talk about rehabilitation, instead getting them compensation for whatever agony they have gone through- This is an issue which exhibits sadistic thinking of law makers , executors  and citizens.

Just for a moment ,if we keep our daughter or sister in place of victim whom we see on TV and we will understand how we Rape a victim again- more dangerously than physical /mental harrasment victim passes through during and after Rape.
