Here is a simple practice to heal differences,difficulties and troubles-

Name of the Practice is -SILENCE.
1] Silence is the key to healing.
2] Just find any 'hour' in a day or if too busy-use the time before you go to sleep or as you just wake up- If you are interested you'll find 'time' to heal yourself or you'll never find it,if you don't find 'time' to practice healing,please know that you love to live in 'trouble.'
3] In this pre decided hour everyday, sit or lie down and just watch what goes trough your mind, let all kind of 'thoughts' without any judgement or without flowing in emotion-just observe these 'monkey thoughts'.
4] The moment you begin to 'watch' your 'thought'-you simply break legs of your biggest enemy-that is -'Useless fear & anger'.
5] Slowly the 'silence' will appear on screen of mind-
Be in this'period of silence' between incoming and outgoing 'thoughts' and you'll find that within 21 days-this 'silence' is converted into 'bliss'.
6] More you will increase this 'bliss' -more you'll begin to see change in attitude of people and circumstances around you- slowly 'differences' will begin to resolve ,without a 'word' and you'll graduelly find complete harmony in life.

4] Throughout the day remember to remember that, you got to observe your 'thoughts' ,as soon as any unpleasant thought appears go back to same sensation ,to which you got aligned in morning.
It will take 7 to 9 days to practice this 'science' of aligning your 'unpleasant thoughts' to 'KUNDLINI Sensation.
