Any Country,known as-
"Department of Income Tax".
In Countries like India, where 99% of Government officials are directly /indirectly and shamelessly corrupt, Prime Minister comes out with a scheme in which, all those who have income from 'suspicious or dubious sources' can pay a fine and make that money absolutely legal.
At the same time , This same PM and his Finance Minister propose to deduct interest on Govt employees provident fund and putting limitations on employees withdrawing their own deposits with government.This is the same government which black mail and extort people through different means to deposit their income taxes , so that everyone has to go to an agent ,who is known as Chartered Accountant and get his Income Tax return filed, this CA teaches this Tax payer how to save Taxes.
This is the same government which allows an absolutely dubious Bank Fraudster Vijay Mallaiyya to UK ,who has defaulted loans more than 5 Billion USD from Government Banks.
This is how Democratic Government punish poor through Tax and allows Frauds to run away with Tax Payers Bank Deposits and rewards Black Money paddlers, Corrupt IAS/IPS/ IRS officers with opportunity to turn blood money from Bribes to be converted into white money.
This PM is so shameless that he announces this scheme on radio and preach people about being honest tax payers.
